Your Role in Our Success
As a Junior IT Support Executive, you'll:
- Provide first-level IT support that wows our clients.
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair workstations like a pro.
- Troubleshoot and set up peripherals (printers, APs, smartphones, tablets—you name it!).
- Collaborate on IT projects under the mentorship of our Level 1 Team Leader.

What You Bring to the Table | Skills:
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and a knack for escalating issues effectively.
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Office 365 setups, including migrations to the cloud.
- A valid Maltese Driving License and residency in Malta, with availability to start within 4 weeks.
- Education & Experience:
Bonus Points:
- CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent covering Windows 11).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and video conferencing tools.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT support.
- Basic understanding of network setups, VLANs, and routing is a plus.
